MASTER AI STUDIO CREATOR LICENCE · version 1 On confirmed payment, the seller grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to synchronise this track with their own or their clients’ videos, including monetised social posts, films, podcasts with video and advertisements. The purchaser may trim, fade and loop the track for those projects. Attribution is appreciated but not required. The audio file itself may not be resold, shared as stock music, made available as a standalone download, or registered in Content ID or another exclusive rights system. This licence does not transfer ownership or grant exclusivity. The seller must hold the permissions needed to grant these rights, including any relevant AI-generation or source-material permissions. No promise of copyright ownership, platform acceptance or absence of automated claims is made. Contact the seller if a rights claim occurs. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Delivery

Payment is handled by PayPal. After approved payment is verified, the private order page provides the full audio download and the licence accepted at checkout. Keep that private link: anyone with it can access the purchase. It is not emailed automatically. If you lose access, contact the seller with your PayPal transaction reference. A refunded payment will no longer unlock the audio.

Your privacy

Studio audio is processed on your device and is not uploaded. Tracks submitted by the shop owner are stored on the site to serve previews and purchased downloads. The shop stores track details, order references, purchase terms, payment status, consent time and a hashed network identifier used to limit checkout abuse. PayPal handles payment credentials; the site does not store card details. Essential secure cookies protect guest order access, and your browser remembers your theme preference.

The hosting provider processes normal website requests. Contact the seller about order records or privacy requests. Purchase records may need to be retained for transaction support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The seller is responsible for their music rights and published policies.
